David Van Reybrouck is a Belgian author. His books include Revolusi, Congo and Against Elections. He is Philosopher Laureate for the Netherlands and Flanders, a pioneering advocate of deliberative democracy and the founder of G1000. His work has led to trials in participatory democracy in Belgium, the Netherlands and France.
