Arancha González Laya is a Spanish lawyer and diplomat, currently serving as Dean of the Paris School of International Affairs at Sciences Po. Previously, she served as Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, and as Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations and Executive Director of the International Trade Centre.
